2022
Rarlon Metal Manufacturing L.L.C. started in Abu Dhabi, UAE, producing 6063 aluminum billets. From the beginning, we focused on quality casting and building a reputation for reliability.
2023
We expanded our production capacity to meet rising demand by investing in new casting equipment. We secured our first international supply contracts in the GCC region and set up a complete in-house Quality Assurance lab for metallurgical testing.
2024
We reached a monthly output of 5,000 metric tons by upgrading our facilities. We entered new markets in North Africa and South Asia, supplying billets to customers in Egypt, Turkey, India, and more. This year, we also obtained important quality certifications, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
2025
Rarlon now serves clients in over 25 countries across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. We have become a trusted source for high-grade 6063 billets and expanded our alloy offerings (such as 6061 and 6005) to meet diverse client requests.
